  • Account information (email and password)
  • Document transformation outputs
  • Usage data for service functionality
  • Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider)

How We Handle Your Data

  • Original files are processed and immediately deleted after transformation
  • Only transformed outputs are stored for the duration specified in your plan
  • We do not train our models on customer data
  • All data is encrypted during processing and storage
  • Data can be permanently deleted upon request

Data Storage Period

We store only the transformed outputs (not original files) for a period that depends on your plan:

  • Start plan: 7 days
  • Pro plan: 30 days
  • Enterprise plan: Custom duration as specified in contract

After this period, transformed outputs are automatically deleted. Original files are processed and immediately deleted after transformation.

Security Measures

  • Encryption for all data in transit and at rest
  • Secure, isolated processing environments
  • Regular security updates and monitoring
  • Access controls and authentication

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request deletion of your data
  • Access your transformed documents within the storage period
  • Export your data
  • Close your account

Payments & Billing

Payment data is processed by Stripe. Completed charges and past invoices cannot be reversed or restored through the Stripe customer portal once Stripe no longer allows it. Not using the service, or a delayed or unanswered support reply, does not change amounts due. Manage billing in the Stripe portal; if a needed change is unavailable there, contact [email protected] before disputing a charge. Enterprise accounts receive priority support; other plans are best-availability. Full billing and support rules are in our Terms and Conditions.
